A Russian IT company developer of solutions for industry and logistics is looking for a General Director.
The company creates individual solutions for optimizing operational and strategic activities within the group. They are responsible for the full cycle of IT production: from platform development and architecture to technical support and information security.
Key tasks:
- IT production management: coordination of platform development departments (Backend, Frontend, QA), 1C development and support.
- Infrastructure and DevOps: ensuring the scalability of the logistics platform, stability of internal services, and data security.
- Internal service (SLA): building interaction processes with internal customers — adherence to deadlines, quality, and development transparency.
- Automation and Analytics: development of analytical reporting systems and automation of business processes.
- Team management (60+ people): hiring, development, motivation, and retention of talent in conditions of IT staff shortage. Optimization of structure and staffing.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience: minimum 5 years in positions of CTO, Head of IT, or Development Director in companies with an IT staff of 100+ people.
- Hard skills: understanding of modern development processes (Agile, CI/CD) and at the same time knowledge of the specifics of the 1C ecosystem as a corporate standard.
- Personality: structured, technological, pragmatic. A person who knows how to translate business tasks into the language of technical specifications and vice versa.
- Background: priority for candidates from LogTech, FinTech, or large E-commerce projects.
