Okay, I have a hit parade of vacancies. Now I need a project manager for my team.

We have a mobile app development team and a 1C team, and there's me, who really wants to keep up with controlling deadlines/tasks, etc., but doesn't manage to. At a minimum, I need help with this; the expected next step is to develop the process and turn it into a well-oiled machine (konfetku).

An understanding of how IT works, IT development, why it's important to write statuses in tasks and projects, and what "priority" means is mandatory. Proactivity, stress tolerance, the ability to express thoughts sequentially and clearly are needed. I don't give a damn about standards like PMI (sorry).

I'm looking at candidates from St. Petersburg (remote work is possible, but you'll have to come to the office sometimes - and it's in Petersburg). We'll go for a ride in a garbage truck.
