A General Director (International Logistics) is sought for the logistics company VR LOGISTIC.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Ensuring the achievement of the company's planned financial and other business results
- Development and implementation of strategic and tactical development plans
- Management of the Company's current operations
Client and Partner Relations:
- Working with key clients and strategic partners, building long-term relationships
- Attracting new clients
- Representing the company at business negotiations, industry forums, exhibitions, and fruitful participation in other public events
Logistics and Foreign Economic Activity (FEA):
- Controlling transportation strategy and optimizing routes, including analyzing and using technologies for effective tracking and management of international transportation
- Strict compliance with customs regulations and international transportation rules, coordination of work with customs brokers and agents
- Managing carriers for global transportation, concluding and managing associated costs
Efficiency and Finance:
- Optimization and automation of business processes, building an effective management system
- Digital transformation of the business, developing the implementation of artificial intelligence in the company's business processes
- Cost optimization, control of financial and economic performance indicators, regular reporting to company management
- Budget execution control
Control and Risks:
- Regular monitoring of key performance indicators of all divisions
- Risk management within the company, including identification and management of operational risks and implementation of measures to reduce them
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a General Director/Managing Director/Executive Director in growing, effective transport and forwarding or logistics companies
- Expert client management experience. Successful experience in top-level negotiations with major companies
- Mandatory knowledge of FEA, specifics of the logistics services market, and FEA terminology
- Experience working with customs authorities and terminals
- High level of management skills, results orientation, effective communication, and digital competencies
