🔴 DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY LOGISTICS

🔴 WHAT WE OFFER:

• Fixed salary + KPI to be discussed individually
• Business trips up to 40% of working time to all company divisions, including international offices (China, etc.)
• Office – Moscow
• Labor Code of the Russian Federation, 5/2 schedule

🔴 OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Knowledge of the railway freight market IS MANDATORY!
• Knowledge of the international railway logistics market players
• Successful scaling experience
• Experience working in a transport company (not from the client's side)
• English language proficiency B1-B2

🔴 TASKS:

• Development and implementation of an international railway logistics development strategy
• Identification of priority markets, countries, and international transport corridors
• Ensuring the launch and development of new international railway services and routes
• Formation and development of the cargo base, ensuring the growth of transportation volumes
• Building and developing relationships with key clients and partners
• P&L management, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profit targets
• Formation and control of the department's budget
• Ensuring the fulfillment of financial plans
• Increasing transportation profitability through cost optimization and tariff policy
• Optimization of routes and logistics schemes to improve efficiency
• Ensuring stable operational activities and achievement of KPIs for delivery times and quality
• Monitoring service quality and customer service level
• Minimization of operational and financial risks, including fines and delivery disruptions
• Ensuring compliance with international requirements and regulatory restrictions
• Team management, ensuring achievement of department KPIs
• Implementation of digital and automated solutions to improve logistics efficiency
