• Management experience and experience in managing large cross-functional projects for supply chain creation and development of transport and logistics infrastructure, including a wide range of issues and the need for continuous optimization of managed processes and resources
• Experience in managing a large-scale regional (or federal) logistics network with a large number of cargo delivery points
• Experience working in organizations interacting with government bodies and international partners
• Fluent English language proficiency

Knowledge and skills: • Negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical mindset • Knowledge of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts concerning logistics and transport; • Knowledge of rules and procedures for оформление transport and accompanying documents, freight forwarding documents for various types of transport; • Knowledge of rules for оформления contracts, additional agreements, appendices; • Knowledge of rules for оформление financial documents; • Transport strategy of the Russian Federation; • Fundamentals of foreign economic activity (Incoterms), international conventions on transport law, fundamentals of customs legislation; • Professional terminology in a foreign language (INCOTERMS, EDI); • Fundamentals of risk management; • Fundamentals of financial management; • Main tools for reducing risks; • Classification of logistics risks; • Methods for analyzing the effectiveness of managing a logistics system; • Methods for implementing strategies in the field of logistics risk management; • Methods and tools for managing identified logistics risks; • Methodology for calculating performance indicators of logistics activities for cargo transportation.
