Director of International Railway Logistics

Important:

• Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) (Asian direction)
• experience with railway transport for the last 3 years 📍 Location: Moscow

— At least 5–10 years of experience in international railway logistics. — Experience in managing a business line or department. — Practical experience in managing P&L (revenue, margin, profit). — Experience in launching and developing new logistics routes and services. — Deep understanding of transportation economics (cost, tariffs, profitability). — Practical experience with international transport corridors (China, CIS). — Experience in attracting and developing a freight base, working with key clients. — Strong management skills (team building, KPI setting, results control). — Understanding of operational processes in railway transportation and the ability to optimize them. — Result-oriented: ability to ensure growth in revenue, volume, and profit.
