The industrial holding CHEMROS is looking for a Director of Transport and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out direct management of the production and economic activities of the divisions according to the management structure to fulfill planned targets, and to control their work
- To coordinate and operationally regulate production processes in the management areas
- To carry out management of subordinate structural divisions in accordance with the management structure
- To ensure the availability of railway transport and road transport for product shipment and internal plant logistics
- To ensure the daily loading plan is met
- To organize work to eliminate wagon downtime during loading and unloading, and road transport downtime during loading
- To develop measures for the efficient use of all types of rolling stock (including owned) and to control issues related to the efficiency of rolling stock use in terms of its full load, carrying capacity, and volume
- To organize the unloading and quality cleaning of wagons
- To develop business cooperation and partnerships with enterprises and services of Russian Railways JSC, owners, lessees, and operators of wagons and road transport
- To ensure and control the timely and high-quality transfer of information by employees of the transport organization department about loaded and unloaded wagons, the availability of empty wagons and their approach according to established schedules in accordance with the established procedure
- To participate in the development and conclusion of contracts for the operation of spur lines and other documents regulating the relationship between the enterprise and the railway
- To compile and process technical and reporting documentation on equipment downtime, provided to JSC CHEMROS
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher professional education
- Relevant work experience of 6 years or more
