A Commercial Director is sought for the transport company X5 Transport (X5 Group).
Responsibilities:
- Control the execution of budget indicators for the territory;
- Assess the quality level of services provided;
- Interact with external customers and contractors of the territory regarding the fulfillment of contractual obligations, provision of quality transport services, and tariff policy;
- Conclude contracts, additional agreements, search for and work with external customers of the territory;
- Participate in tender procedures, prepare tender documentation;
- Expand the customer base for the territory, prioritizing direct cargo owners;
- Analyze the effectiveness of tariff application;
- Negotiate with the commercial department of the network in the territory to develop the self-pickup project.
Requirements and Skills:
- Fundamentals of personnel management;
- Fundamentals of negotiation;
- Knowledge of the "Charter of Road Transport and Urban Ground Electric Transport";
- Knowledge of the "General Rules for the Transportation of Goods by Road Transport".
