Gazprom Burenie Group is a leading contractor in well construction for the oil and gas industry. They are looking for a professional ready to join the team and contribute to the implementation of large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving issues of project approval and conducting negotiations with authorities and local stakeholders (clients, contractors, government bodies)
- Ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to established quality standards
- Managing the quality control department, promptly taking measures to correct defects and implement improvements in the quality assurance of provided services
- Assessing the potential and opportunities for business growth in the regions, preparing recommendations for increasing profitability and reducing costs
- Supporting effective communication within the Group and developing interaction with partners and clients
- Informing management about risks, emerging problems, and changes potentially affecting the Company's development strategy, taking measures to minimize negative consequences
- Coordinating the work of regional divisions. Ensuring effective interaction between the Central Administration and regional divisions
Requirements:
- Higher professional education
- At least 3 years of work experience
Conditions:
- Official employment from the first working day in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, stable and timely salary payment twice a month
- Work location: Moscow, Nametkina St. 12A, Gazoyl Plaza Business Center
- Work schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00, days off: Saturday, Sunday
