Geodetic company Geostroyizyskaniya is looking for an Executive Director for one of its largest branches.
The company is a supplier of high-tech geodetic and measuring equipment, as well as comprehensive technological solutions for managing construction and agricultural machinery. It has been on the market in Russia and the CIS for over 30 years.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the division's work to achieve maximum net profit;
- Development of sales in the assigned territory: Karelia, Arkhangelsk region, Vologda region, Kaliningrad region, Leningrad region, Murmansk region, Novgorod region, Pskov region;
- Formation of the branch development strategy;
- Overall management of the regional division (personnel, sales, marketing, business processes, quality of services);
- Expansion of the sales market, promotion of the company in the region;
- Ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the regional division;
- Search for and negotiation with potential clients. Building long-term relationships;
- Participation in specialized exhibitions and seminars;
- Fulfillment of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the division, responsibility for financial results;
- Work with personnel (control/task setting, motivation, training, development);
- Organization of logistical support and economic activities of the representative office;
- Planning, budget formation, reporting.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in managing a structural unit for at least 3 years;
- Higher education (technical/construction/geodetic as an advantage);
- Successful experience in selling technically complex products and solutions (organization and development of sales, negotiations at all levels, personal sales);
- Promotion skills, knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
- Organizational and strong administrative skills;
- Financial literacy;
- Experience in successful team management;
- Systemic approach, proactivity, ability to make responsible decisions;
- Leadership qualities, multitasking, high level of self-organization, strong communication skills.
