Hello everyone! Looking for a strong Product Owner / Product Lead for X5 Transport — product 'Commercial Repairs for Platform Carriers'.

Important: this is not an internal service for the X5 fleet. This is a B2B product for the external market, a two-sided marketplace: carriers ↔ own and external service stations/dealers, with economics, SLA, and P&L.

What you will really do:

• launch and scale the repair service as a commercial product for platform carriers
• build a network of partner service stations and dealers,
• manage SLA and quality
• develop the marketplace and managed-service model
• manage unit-economics, margin, and profitability
• integrate the product into the platform (shipments, billing, EDI, fintech, multi-services)
• grow carrier retention and LTV through the repair service

Who we are looking for:

• experience in B2B, marketplaces, or service platforms
• understanding of the economics of fleet repairs: downtime, SLA, cost per km
• experience launching products with partners (service stations, dealers, contractors)
• ability to be accountable for financial results, not just delivery
