A Director of Product Management is required at SDEK.
The role of the SRO involves managing SDEK's entire product portfolio, which consists of logistics products (services) for b2b, b2c, and c2c segments, as well as non-logistics products.
Product management in the company is the comprehensive management of a service/product/value for the client, product-market fit, commercial indicators, profitability, customer experience, operational improvement, unit economics, pricing, and the digital component of the service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Forming an effective structure for the product and product category management block, aligned with the current strategy (over 10 active products).
- Optimizing the product approach: category management tools, metrics tree, discovery cycles, validation, defense, piloting, and implementation of solutions.
- Developing growth strategies for each product category, ensuring the achievement of target values for revenue, margin, and market share through correct positioning, promotion, and enhancement of product value.
- Optimizing cross-functional interaction of the product block with strategy, commercial, marketing, operations, IT, and other functions.
- Setting up processes for rapid development and launch of new products.
- Providing the product function with quality analytics for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in managing a product portfolio (more than 5 products), preferably in logistics or other services with an operational physical base (experience managing only digital products will not be suitable for us).
- Confirmed cases of product growth under management (revenue, market share, profitability).
- High facilitation and cross-functional interaction skills.
- Excellent command of product and business metrics (LTV, CAC, NPS, CSI, Churn, ROI), experience in building a metrics tree, unit economics, financial models, and working with Big Data for demand forecasting.
- Experience in developing digital products and interacting with development teams.
- Understanding the basic principles of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS) will be a significant advantage.
