Vacancy Product Manager for the Cargo Search service
About the product:
Cargo Search is a key and the most loaded service of the company, with tens of thousands of users working with it daily. It allows exchange participants to find cargo for transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of part of the scenarios and services of the company's key product: "Cargo Search" (we are looking for a second product manager for this service);
- Gain a deep understanding of the product itself, as well as the scenarios of carriers, forwarders, and cargo owners;
- Identify growth points for the product and business: search quality, conversion to addition, retention, monetization;
- Formulate and test product hypotheses based on data, research, and market understanding;
- Balance initiatives considering strategy, value, risks, resources, and business impact;
- Lead product solutions with design and development from idea to launch;
- Be responsible for the product metrics of the direction and evaluate the impact of launched solutions.
We value your:
- Experience managing a complex B2C product with MAU > 20,000;
- Proven cases of growth in key product and business metrics;
- Ability to find strong product solutions through research, hypotheses, and testing;
- Ability to break down product unit economics and generally calculate the money and payback of your initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
It will be a big plus if you:
- Have worked with products where multiple parties with different interests and constraints participate in decision-making;
- Have experience in forming a product strategy in a complex environment;
- Understand logistics, the auto transportation market, the business processes of transport companies, and customers of various scales.
