X5 Transport (X5 Group), a transportation company, is looking for a Head of Product (B2C/C2C Domain).

X5-Transport is part of X5 Group and is a logistics solutions operator and a specialist in complex services, offering freight transportation organization throughout Russia.

The team is seeking a leader for the B2C/C2C product domain — the successor to 5Post products. You will manage 7 products and a team of 7 product managers and about 70 developers. You will be responsible for the PUDO network, courier service, client applications, and partner portal for marketplaces and small businesses. You will report directly to the CPO of X5 Logistics. Participation in the Platform Council — the governing body for the company's product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a portfolio of 7 products: OMS, pickup points/parcel lockers, courier service, online payments, returns, client applications, and LLM/Voice bot, partner portal
• Manage a team of 7 product owners, developing them as product managers and leaders
• Handle regulatory tasks (electronic consignment note, digital ruble, fiscalization) without disrupting the SLAs of marketplace partners
• Launch a loyalty program for B2C clients and improve the voice and chat bot to the level of replacing the first line of support
• Develop the pickup point network and the partner model for automated pickup points
• Expand the partner landscape for the courier service and integrations with the largest marketplaces in the Russian Federation
• Prepare for migration to the unified X5 Logistics platform (Order, Billing, IAM) by 2027
• Defend the domain strategy before the Board of Directors

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a Head of Product, Director of Product, or VP Product role
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, parcel delivery, or courier business
• Experience managing a team of 5+ product managers simultaneously
• Experience with regulatory products: payments, fiscalization, anti-fraud
• Understanding of B2C product unit economics at a scale of hundreds of millions of transactions
• Experience in communicating and defending solutions at the C-level

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PUDO networks (pickup points, parcel lockers)
• Experience with integrations with courier aggregators
• Experience launching LLM/Voice assistants in customer support
• Experience launching a loyalty program based on 1+ million active clients
