DPD delivery service is looking for a Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the logistics product (development of one of the delivery models)
- Replenishing the product backlog
- Tracking PnL and increasing product profit
- Hypothesis testing
- MVP launch
- Implementation of new and changes to existing options
- Collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and IT teams
- Interaction with product owners for customer segments
- Articulated defense of product initiatives before the company's management committee
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Experience managing products with PnL and financial goals
- Understanding of unit economics principles and key business metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Churn Rate)
- Experience conducting user interviews, building CJMs, and working with hypotheses
- Skills in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability and experience working with teams in a matrix structure
- Will be a big plus: experience with logistics products
Competency Requirements:
- Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and economic effect
- Skill in forming a product strategy and setting priorities under resource constraints
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) or understanding of product analytics principles
- Results and financial performance orientation, attention to detail in calculations
- Excellent communication skills: ability to build dialogue with cross-functional teams and defend positions at the management level
- Proactivity, independence, and ability to maintain focus on long-term product goals
