We recently closed the position of one Senior PM, and now there's another fantastic opening.

Jana Post LLP is a Kazakhstan-based express delivery company that is actively growing and scaling its products. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager ready to take on the full cycle — from strategy to launch — and directly influence key business metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Developing product vision in conjunction with the company's strategic goals;
• Analyzing the market, competitive landscape, and trends in logistics, courier delivery, last-mile, cross-border, and marketplaces (e-commerce, C2C, B2C, B2B);
• Managing key business metrics: P&L, GMV, CAC, Retention, NPS, OPEX, operational efficiency;
• Full development cycle: from concept, business requirements, and process model — to launch and scaling;
• Developing and formalizing requirements: BRD/PRD, User Stories, BPMN diagrams, SLA, KPI;
• Data analysis, conducting A/B tests, identifying growth points: conversion, repeat orders, monetization;
• Participating in UX/UI improvement as part of the product's business logic;
• Interacting with internal teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal);
• Constant communication with clients and business partners (courier services, logistics operators, customs and integration services);
• Gathering feedback, analyzing user behavior and operational data to improve the product;

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner / Head of Product;
• Experience managing complex B2B/B2C products and integrations with external IT and operational partners;
• Practical experience in building business processes: fulfillment, last-mile, returns, customs;
• Understanding of logistics models: first mile / middle mile / last mile / cross-border;
• Strong analytical skills: unit economics, requirements formalization, process optimization;
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, experience managing complex IT developments;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro;
• Preferably experience in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or fintech integrations;
