Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Thinking, searching for, and implementing changes that improve the courier customer experience and make them happier every day.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research (customer needs analysis, market research, competitor research, funnel analysis, cohort analysis).
- Calculating unit economics for the product, determining profitability and growth points.
- Generating and evaluating hypotheses.
- Forming the product roadmap.
- Participating in planning, defining metrics, and forming KPIs.
- Selecting technical solutions in collaboration with developers.
- Designing A/B experiments with the product analyst, preparing, launching, and analyzing them.
- Selecting specialists for the team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their completion.
- Interacting with partners and vendors.
- Supporting the product after implementation, developing, and improving it.
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in digital business
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience implementing innovations using the latest technologies
- Sociability, active life stance, and positive attitude
- Desire and readiness to achieve impressive results by applying new standards, tools, and knowledge in work
- To be a bright and strong leader and mentor who finds an approach to each employee, builds and develops a team capable of achieving breakthrough results in the long term
