United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are developing a comprehensive transport logistics platform – a mobile application and web portal, combining mainline transportation, last mile delivery, our own vehicle fleet, air and rail logistics, and service modules (routing, document management, yard management, user management). We are looking for a leader who will bring order to product development, accelerate automation, and improve user experience.

What needs to be done

— Develop a unified product strategy and structure;

— Implement a metrics system (from initiation to release);

— Manage teams;

— Develop the product.

What experience and knowledge are needed

— Experience in managing product teams in logistics and understanding the specifics of transport logistics;

— Experience interacting with an in-house development team;

— Knowledge of the product lifecycle (from research to scaling);

— Ability to work with metrics (set KPIs, track dynamics, adjust strategy);

— Cross-functional management skills;

— Ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;

— Knowledge of how to structure chaos and prioritize tasks.
