Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating activities related to improving current Avito Delivery business processes, identifying growth or optimization opportunities considering the specifics of the logistics market;
• Managing Avito Delivery projects from the perspective of development and logistics business functions, including:
  • Evaluating their business value;
  • Analyzing their impact on user experience;
  • Assessing risks;
• Cross-functional interaction with related departments on business process and project implementation, including product teams, legal, and accounting departments;
• Forming and controlling the development backlog with the product manager, prioritizing quarterly and annual tasks with the product team.

We expect you to:

• Have higher education;
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace logistics;
• Have led large-scale projects;
• Be able to define key project metrics and counter-metrics;
• Be familiar with key players in the logistics market, able to describe main logistic chains and processes, and have experience working with market participants as a client or partner;
• Have e-commerce experience and understand core user values;
• Know or be able to identify the main needs of product businesses in organizing logistics processes;
• Be able to clearly present proposed tasks and solutions, based on data;
• Quickly learn new things and apply knowledge in practice;
• Have a systematic approach and proven experience in building business processes and successful projects.
