Russian system integrator KORUS Consulting is looking for a Project Manager for their Logistics department.
You will manage projects of various scales: from implementing ready-made WMS to unique solutions within custom development.
Tasks you will be working on:
- Full cycle management: independent project execution from initiation to delivery (scope, deadlines, budget, resources, risks, changes).
- Requirements management: gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and documenting requirements, high-level effort estimation.
- Team management: assigning tasks to analysts, developers, architects, and testers; organizing effective cross-functional interaction.
- Finance and economics: managing project planned profitability, budget control, and the impact of management decisions on financial results.
- Communication: conducting complex negotiations with top management and key decision-makers of the client, building partnerships (while maintaining contractor responsibility).
- Crisis management: proactively identifying risks, preparing solutions, not just escalating problems.
- Documentation: writing technical specifications, project documentation, and consolidated reports.
- Participation in Pre-sales: estimating duration and complexity of new projects, forming schedules.
What's important:
- Experience in independent management of custom development or system integration projects (3+ years).
- Experience in managing project budget and profitability.
- Skills in working with large corporate clients and conducting complex negotiations.
- Ability to make decisions under incomplete information and high uncertainty (lack of ready-made templates).
- Understanding of the IT system development lifecycle and change management (Scope management).
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence, financial planning tools.
- Systemic approach, proactivity, results-orientation. Experience working in an integrator company.
Will be an advantage:
- Project experience in logistics, order management, knowledge of WMS/TMS.
- Skill in bringing troubled projects to a stable state.
- Experience managing programs (several related work streams) or interacting with corporate architects.
- Implementation of AI tools in project team processes.
