The IT team implements complex yet interesting projects for the implementation of IT tools, ensuring the efficient operation of all functions of the Simple Group ecosystem. We are developing WineTech – a promising area at the intersection of traditional winemaking and innovative technologies. This industry is gaining popularity against the backdrop of the development of wine culture in the field of digital solutions.
Areas of Responsibility:
Performing the role of an IT Business Partner in the area of logistics and supply chains to build effective interaction between business and IT in the implementation of digital initiatives.
- Partnership with the business: understanding key processes, identifying needs, forming a target vision for digital initiatives, and participating in the selection of optimal IT solutions.
- Management of the flow of requests from the business: receiving, systematizing, and prioritizing tasks, forming and managing a unified backlog.
- Balancing business priorities and IT capabilities, considering resource constraints when planning and launching changes.
- Improving operational efficiency, participating in the reengineering of logistics business processes.
- Support of projects and changes: monitoring deadlines, key risks, and achievement of expected business results; timely escalation of problems.
- Coordination of interaction between business units, development teams, and other project participants.
Required Competencies:
- Experience in a similar or related role at the intersection of business and IT for at least 3 years.
- Work experience and expert understanding of logistics processes (warehouse, transport, import, supply, 3PL).
- Practical experience in interacting with business units: collecting and formalizing needs, translating business tasks into IT initiatives.
- Backlog management experience: prioritization, planning, resource and expectation alignment.
- Understanding of the IT activities lifecycle: from idea and business case to implementation and impact assessment.
- Ability to work in conditions of limited resources and competing priorities.
- Initiative and proactive approach: ability to propose improvements, independently identify growth points, and bring changes to fruition.
- Communication and facilitation skills: ability to negotiate, manage expectations, explain IT capabilities and limitations to the business.
