Head of Projects for Operational Efficiency Improvement

We are currently looking for a Head of Projects for Operational Efficiency Improvement
Tasks:
- Analyze key cost items and identify "hot spots" where the company is losing money or operating inefficiently
- Conduct a detailed breakdown of expenses by area: logistics, warehouse, procurement, production, suppliers, services, and other operational processes
- Compare the cost of services, goods, and conditions with the market, competitors, and alternative offers
- Identify hidden and non-obvious costs: inefficient tariffs, duplicate functions, outdated contracts, weak supplier terms
- Prepare business cases for optimization: calculate potential savings, outline solutions, risks, and implementation plans
- Participate in the implementation of changes and bring initiatives to completion, not just identify problems
- Develop and implement KPIs to control cost efficiency
- Formulate regular reports for management on achieved savings, identified reserves, and initiative status
- Create a "roadmap" for budget optimization
We expect from the candidate:
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or trading companies
- Practical experience in implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects with confirmed economic effect
- Deep understanding of operational processes: procurement, warehouse logistics, transport logistics, production, supplier management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools will be an advantage
- Independence, a high level of responsibility, and the readiness to defend one's position based on facts and figures
Conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code from the first day
