A Project Manager for Logistics Systems Development is required for the perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko.
You will work in the Transport Logistics Department, where the team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing transport operations for the efficient delivery of goods from suppliers to consumers.
What you will do:
- Maintain and develop the ERP system for transport logistics: configure and support logistics modules, routing, tariffs, SLAs, and order distribution rules
- Analyze current logistics chains (own fleet + external contractors), model new delivery schemes, and support operations scaling with increased volumes and expansion into new regions
- Formulate business requirements for ERP enhancements, participate in task definition for IT, testing, and acceptance of changes, as well as lead or participate in projects for the implementation of new logistics services
- Launch new delivery types (express, same-day, click&collect, and others), integrate new carriers, and configure tariff models
- Conduct efficiency analytics: monitor key KPIs (SLA compliance, delivery cost, error count, load), analyze deviations, and propose corrective measures
- Control the correctness of reference data, limits, and integrations, as well as ensure ease of use for operational staff
What we expect from the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in transport or e-commerce logistics
- Deep understanding of logistics chains: last mile, middle mile, cross-docking
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably participation in module configuration or implementation)
- Ability to interact with the IT team: task definition, project work, testing changes
- Ability to analyze data and work with logistics KPIs
- Understanding of tariff models and contractual logic with carriers
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (I understand - I can explain)
Will be a significant advantage:
- Direct experience in implementing logistics modules in ERP
- Knowledge of API integration principles
- Experience in automating logistics processes
