Project Manager Operational Efficiency (Retail & E-com)
Hi!
My name is Anya, and I lead the product direction at M.Cosmetics.
We have thousands of stores and an app through which people order delivery and pickup. The format is actively growing, and we are strengthening the product team.
I'm looking for a Project Manager who will bring the dark store model to a validated and scalable state. The manager is responsible not for launch timelines, but for the performance of the objects: unit economics, funnels. Dark stores and grey stores are operationally managed by other teams — the role works through influence, not direct subordination. This makes the task more interesting: your tools are arguments, data, and established processes. I'm looking for someone who is passionate about the product and ready to go all the way to the result.
What you will do
- Defend the P&L of a dark store, calculate unit economics.
- Detailed analysis of operational processes: assembly time, item replacements and stockouts, SLAs, storage area, write-offs.
- Development and launch of pilots with a control group.
- Formulating stop/scale criteria before the pilot starts.
- Conducting A/B tests and geo-pilots, separating real results from random dynamics.
- Forming product requirements for central systems, prioritizing by impact on economics.
What we expect
- 4+ years of experience in e-com fulfillment, retail, q-commerce, last-mile logistics, or operational consulting.
- Experience where you were personally responsible for financial or operational results, not just for completing project tasks.
- Ability to calculate unit economics without ready-made templates: pivot tables, formulas, financial models.
- Experience designing A/B tests and geo-pilots — understanding what a control group and statistical significance are.
- Skill of influence without authority: promoting changes in teams that do not report to you.
- Critical thinking.
Bonus points
- SQL / BI at the level of independent data extraction and verification.
- Experience launching a dark store or assembly hub from scratch.
- Understanding of WMS, slotting, routing, delivery polygons.
What we offer
- Work in a cool team composed of the best specialists from Yandex, Ozon, Delivery Club, MegaMarket, and other top companies. Here you can not only work but also exchange memes about product growth.
- Freedom and autonomy – we believe that a product manager is a mini-CEO of their direction, so you will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, not just "do tasks".
- Real impact – see every day how your decisions change the business, not just wait for feedback for years. We quickly test hypotheses, launch features, and monitor their effect.
- All the necessary perks: IT accreditation, voluntary medical insurance (including dental), top-tier equipment, flexible schedule, corporate discounts, conference participation, and company-funded training.
- Great atmosphere – joint trips to conferences, outings to cafes and bars, and even online meetups for remote workers.
