**MTS is looking for a Project Manager for the Sales Management team in its own retail.
The retail business unit combines two major areas: mobile communication and fixed business. These are the core products of the MTS ecosystem. Here, employees are involved in the development and promotion of products across various channels: both in traditional offline retail and online.
Responsibilities:
- Develop initiatives for implementing best practices in the MTS monobrand network;
- Conduct cross-functional interaction with external and internal counterparts during project implementation;
- Develop commercial terms for project launches, calculate and launch cases;
- Develop technical specifications for the formation of contracts and additional agreements;
- Control project implementation;
- Develop methodologies for the work processes of regional employees;
- Calculate budget indicators to achieve target values and decompose goals to the regional level.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education, experience in planning and managing retail sales;
- Experience in regional interaction with the sales vertical;
- Experience in conducting negotiations, developed communication skills, experience in drafting technical specifications for cross-functional departments;
- System thinking and analytical skills — experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint, (basic SQL skills will be an advantage);
- Readiness to make independent decisions, stress resistance, active life position.
