Collection Development Coordinator
The IRNBY team is looking for a Collection Development Processes Coordinator — a person who will help the chief designer maintain order in the daily work of the design and development team.
Responsibilities:
- organizing design reviews, working meetings, and other team events;
- maintaining the collection development calendar, monitoring deadlines and task statuses;
- coordinating interaction between related departments;
- documenting agreements after meetings, tracking responsible parties and deadlines;
- preparing presentations, collection books, digital and print boards;
- supporting work documentation, systematizing materials, and maintaining a unified team information space;
- organizing and structuring work materials upon request from the chief designer;
- assisting the chief designer in organizing the team's daily work and maintaining efficient processes;
- coordinating processes without independently making design, product, or technical decisions.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, project manager, development coordinator, or in a similar position;
- experience working in a fashion brand will be a significant advantage;
- understanding of the full product development cycle in fashion or willingness to quickly immerse in it;
- understanding the workflow of designers, pattern makers, technologists, product managers, and other participants in the development process;
- proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: spreadsheets, documents, presentations;
- experience in preparing presentation materials;
- a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle a large number of parallel tasks;
- strong communication skills and ability to build interaction between different teams;
