The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Golden Apple is looking for a Project Manager.
You will be working in the product department. The product department team is engaged in product development, creating new features, and improving functionality within e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, initiating, and controlling the execution of cross-functional projects
- Coordinating team work to ensure project implementation
- Synchronizing team work with other departments
- Controlling adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality of project execution within the portfolio
- Maintaining Gantt and Jira, collecting and systematizing artifacts
Candidate Profile:
- Project Management experience of at least 1.5 years with a successful track record of managing complex projects from initiation to closure
- Experience interacting with the development department
- Knowledge of main project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt them to tasks
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion) and visualization tools (Miro, Mural)
- System thinking and the ability to see the big picture across the entire project portfolio, not just within a single task
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
