Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions;
- Select and compare equipment based on parameters, cost, and limitations, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor their performance of obligations;
- Prepare commercial proposals, conduct cross-functional interaction within the organization as part of preparing project solutions;
- Participate in the preparation of tender documentation;
- Ensure the conclusion of contracts for mobile radio communication services, including for the purpose of providing information about such employees to state information systems;
- Develop and implement mandatory local regulatory acts/instructions/other documents in their area.
Candidate Expectations:
- Understanding of the principles of professional VCS, audio, and video equipment operation;
- Experience in market analysis and technical expertise of equipment;
- Negotiation and cross-functional interaction skills;
- Ability to work with project documentation and budgets.
