We at Zvuk are in a period of active change: our brand is being updated, new campaigns are launching, and many vibrant, ambitious projects are emerging. We need a producer who can turn ideas into reality — quickly, with high quality, and with enjoyment of the process.
This is not about "assigning tasks to an agency" — it’s about building production processes, assembling teams, managing workflows, solving problems, and launching projects of any complexity. From media campaigns and shoots to special projects, integrations, and internal initiatives. We need someone who doesn't say "it won't work that way," but asks "okay, how can we do it?"
What you will do:
- Manage full-cycle marketing projects: from idea and preparation to launch, execution, and post-analytics
- Produce federal advertising campaigns and special brand projects.
- Lead projects across various communication channels: digital, OOH/DOOH, content, special projects, events, and brand integrations
- Participate in the development of advertising campaigns together with the brand team, creative, media, and design departments
- Coordinate the launch of advertising placements and oversee task completion by contractors and agencies
- Manage brand integrations in festivals, concerts, sports events, and cultural projects
- Organize and coordinate the work of contractors, production teams, technical services, and agencies
- Formulate and control timelines, budgets, estimates, document flow, and reporting
- Conduct tenders, collect commercial proposals, and participate in selecting contractors
- Monitor the quality of project execution at all stages: from concept to final launch
- Independently make decisions and find practical solutions in non-standard situations
What is important to us:
- 2-3 years of experience in producing marketing campaigns, advertising projects, or special projects
- Experience working with both advertising campaigns and offline activations and events
- Understanding of the full cycle of launching an advertising campaign: from brief and creative to production and placement
- Experience interacting with creative, media, digital, and production agencies
- Understanding of advertising channels: digital, OOH, DOOH, content integrations, special projects
- Experience independently managing projects with budgets of several million rubles
- Strong organizational skills and systematic thinking
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying scales
- Proactiveness, independence, and high responsibility for results

- Experience working in-house for a brand or large company
- Experience launching federal advertising campaigns
- Experience working with outdoor advertising (OOH/DOOH)
- Experience in the music industry, media, or entertainment projects
- Experience implementing festivals, brand zones, and sponsorship integrations
- Experience conducting tenders and procurement procedures
- Understanding of contract work and document flow
