Hi! My name is Dima, I am a co-founder of the Devichnik manicure studio chain and I'm building a startup called Kratko.

It all started with a pain point: in Devichnik, we have over a hundred nail technicians, and teaching them through an 80-page PDF wasn't working well. Nobody read it through. But everyone watches Reels for hours. That's how Kratko came about: a platform where learning is in Reels format, on your phone, with hooks and dynamic captions. Basically, everything to keep you engaged.

Currently, Kratko has two directions. The first is B2B, where we train company teams (our first major client is Rostec). The second, new and most exciting, is working with authors: experts, educators, bloggers who want to package their knowledge into a course or build a paid community around themselves. I'm looking for someone for this second direction. I'm not looking for a task executor, but for someone who will take ownership of the direction and drive it as their own.

What needs to be done — Find authors — experts, educators, people with an audience — and convince them to create courses with us — Guide them from "I have knowledge" to "My course is launched": help them see their course as a brand — how to hook them from the first seconds, how to maintain attention, how to package it — Provide feedback to the product and, over time, take on more responsibility

Requirements — Willingness to communicate with unfamiliar people and negotiate: and to enjoy it, not find it stressful — Understanding how attention works: what makes someone watch until the end, and what makes them scroll past — Experience in digital advertising, SMM, or content production will be a plus — Ability to see things through to completion, without needing constant pushes

Opportunities — Stock options are possible for senior roles (we have an investor with a valuation of 120 million rubles) — Real influence on the product, zero bureaucracy
