Hello everyone!

We are the Doctor Marketing team, experts in marketing for dental clinics. We work with performance campaigns, reputation management, landing pages, and analytics. We are growing and expanding our project support department, which is why we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

Regular Managerial Work:

– Receive edits from clients, assign tasks to specialists, and monitor their completion

– Answer client questions about services

– Resolve conflicts and communicate with clients

– Control invoicing, payments, accounts receivable, and external services (Calltouch, Kvizy, etc.)

– Prepare weekly and monthly reports

– Maintain the knowledge base and work files

Work on Improving Results:

– Analyze project indicators and identify problems

– Understand specialist processes and client business, suggest improvements

– Communicate between the team and the client to increase efficiency

We are looking for a candidate who has:

– Experience in project support in the digital environment (contextual/targeted advertising, landing pages, reputation management) in advertising agencies.

– Knows the basics of Yandex Direct

– Understanding of marketing processes and digital tools

– Ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously (2-3 in launch, the rest in support)

– Objection handling skills

– Communicative and enterprising

– Initiative and proactivity

– Time management
