Vacancy: Project Manager

We are actively growing and expanding our team, which is why we are looking for a Project Manager. We need a system-oriented person. Someone who will be the "conductor" for our production team.

What will you be doing?

• Be the "single point of contact" for the client: Manage all communication (chats, calls, Zooms), coordinate plans, and present reports;
• Manage production: Assign tasks to the team (context specialists, SEO specialists, designers, layout developers), monitor deadlines;
• Control quality: Check specialists' work against checklists before sending it to the client;
• Manage documents: Ensure all Acts of Services Rendered are signed and returned to the folder on time;
• Develop the client: Identify opportunities for project growth and offer the client new services or budget expansion.

We'll work well together if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in Digital. You should understand the website development process and the principles of contextual advertising/SEO;
• Are system-oriented. You know how to use task managers (Bitrix24, YouGile, or similar) and CRM. Nothing gets lost with you, everything is recorded;
• Are stress-resistant and diplomatic. You don't freeze when a client requests revisions, but know how to translate emotions into constructive tasks;
• Are persistent. You can get colleagues/contractors to deliver a layout on Friday evening instead of Monday morning.

What we offer:

• Salary + KPI. Your income directly depends on the number of closed acts and client retention (LTV). There is no ceiling — the more projects you manage, the more you earn;
• Remote work (Full-time, 5/2). Be available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Moscow time or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Chelyabinsk time;
• Opportunity to grow into Head of PM;
