Riki Group was founded in 2003 and is currently one of the leaders in the Russian animation market. The company's portfolio includes well-known animation brands such as "Kikoriki" (Smeshariki), "Fixies", "Babyriki", "Finnick", "Tim and Tom", "Bodo Boring", "DinoCity", "Pin-Code", and others.
Today, Riki Group includes two animation studios – "Petersburg" and "Aeroplan", the multi-brand licensing agency "Marmelad Media", a design studio, a studio for the production of children's live-action content, and other companies.
We are looking for a Special Projects Manager for our music label Riki Music.
Responsibilities:
- Development of creative concepts for the label's special music events;
- Organization of events for promoting the label's music content;
- Event budget management;
- Search for event partners and sponsors;
- Organization and execution of photo and video shoots;
- Summarizing event outcomes, analyzing results, and preparing reports;
- Document management, working in 1C.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management is required (experience in the music industry, children's media, event management, SMM will be an advantage);
- Ability to manage a project from idea to completion: plan, adhere to deadlines and budget, manage risks, create technical specifications, briefs, roadmaps, reports;
- Proficiency with planning tools: Trello / Notion / YouGile;
- Understanding of digital promotion, social media, short-form video, streaming, and the specifics of formats for children and family audiences;
- Basic knowledge of the music industry and copyright law;
- Understanding of the specifics of the children's audience: age segments (0-3, 3-6, 6-12), content safety standards, requirements for text and visuals (including for advertising and platforms);
- Working with children's scripts and narratives: story structuring, rhythm and dynamics of short-form content;
- Creativity, broad outlook, ability to propose special project ideas (collaborations, educational formats, merchandise);
- Stress resistance and multitasking ability;
- Communication skills and fluent speech, ability to negotiate with artists, parents, producers, and contractors;
- Willingness to travel for business trips and event/shoot attendances.
