Head of Special Projects Department for a Telegram Channel Network

Hybrid, office in Moscow, Salary from 120,000 to 150,000 rubles net

A Telegram channel network with a multi-million audience is looking for a Head of Special Projects to develop the direction, launch new commercial projects, and build a strong team.

What needs to be done — Develop the special projects department: form a strategy, launch new products, advertising formats, and commercial offers — Lead a team of event and creative managers: plan workload, distribute projects, build effective processes, and develop employees — Oversee full-cycle special projects — from the initial brief and concept development to launch, analytics, and final delivery, being responsible for implementation quality, meeting deadlines, and financial results — Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and develop relationships with brands, advertisers, and agencies, conduct client meetings, prepare and present commercial proposals — Organize the development of creative concepts, oversee the preparation of budgets, media plans, and other commercial materials — Expand the network of professional contacts, build a system for working with leads after conferences, meetings, and industry events — Analyze project results, identify growth areas, test new hypotheses, and scale successful solutions

Requirements — From 3 years of experience in managing special projects, commercial integrations, or digital projects in agencies — Experience in team management and building work processes — Experience working with major brands, advertising agencies, or advertisers — Good understanding of the Telegram market — Ability to transform client tasks into strong commercial and creative solutions — Experience in preparing, presenting, and implementing commercial proposals — Ability to work with budgets, estimates, and project economics — Systematic approach to work, ability to organize processes and keep them under control. Experience with Trello or other project management systems will be a plus — Independence, initiative, and strong communication skills Will be a plus: — Own contact base among brands, agencies, production companies, or contractors — Experience in Telegram projects, media, or advertising agencies
