Head of Special Projects Department
X5 Media is responsible for the development and monetization of advertising in X5 businesses. We combine the expertise and procurement processes for all advertising inventory of the "Pyaterochka", "Perekrestok", and "Chizhik" retail chains, and provide our partners with access to analytical tools based on big data.
We are also responsible for the creation and promotion of content on the Food.ru media platform.
We are opening a search for the best candidate for the position of Head of Special Projects Department (Commercial Department, Accounting Department).
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of special projects in X5 Media
- Participation in the development of marketing strategies and plans to attract new clients
- Planning the sales development of special projects
- Communication with clients, external partners, and suppliers
- Preparation of commercial proposals
- Development of special project mechanics in collaboration with adjacent departments
- Independent management and support of major clients
- Preparation of presentations on special projects for clients and colleagues
- Collection and analysis of client information on needs in special projects
- Responsibility for the level of client service
- Team management (3 people)
Requirements:
- Project management experience - from 5 years, leadership experience - from 2 years
- Experience in implementing special projects (innovative, cross-functional, omnichannel 360)
- Knowledge of media and performance advertising tools
- Strategic thinking. Ability to see long-term goals and needs of client companies
- Analytical thinking: data evaluation, pattern identification, result forecasting
- Project portfolio management skills – prioritization, resource balancing, risk and benefit assessment
- Flexibility and adaptability: readiness for change, ability to adjust plans when necessary.
