RUTUBE, a Russian video hosting platform, is looking for a Head of Special Projects Department (Commercial Department).
Responsibilities:
- Development of creative ideas, special project mechanics, and product solutions for advertisers;
- Analysis of the competitive environment, design and implementation of new inventory positions and mechanics for special project products;
- Analytical processing of special projects in terms of KPIs and pricing;
- Preparation of presentation materials, effective packaging of special projects considering the demand for non-standard formats;
- Building a sales system for special projects, motivating and training managers;
- Organizing and conducting meetings with the RUTUBE sales department, client teams, and advertising agencies for project presentation and defense;
- Participation in client and external events, digital days, workshops, trainings, and conferences;
- Implementation and control of special projects at all stages, from launch to post-analysis;
- Interaction with internal teams and external contractors, building business processes for launching and implementing special projects, quality management, and KPI fulfillment control.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in media or video services;
- Proven successful case studies and experience working with large budgets;
- Experience in developing various types of project documentation;
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers;
- Market knowledge and a developed network of contacts with advertisers, advertising, and creative agencies;
- Developed creative and communication skills;
- Systemic approach and results-oriented mindset.
