Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the company's marketing policy based on an analysis of the current situation, forecasting consumer demand for products, and the company's development potential;
Management of the marketing function within the company, as well as the formation, description, and implementation of internal business processes of the department;
Formation, distribution, and prioritization of employee tasks, control of their execution, and performance evaluation in accordance with the approved strategy and priorities;
Building effective communication with related departments and the entire company, developing and optimizing related business processes;
Coordination of the activities of all functional departments of the company in collecting and analyzing commercial and economic information;
Resource planning for marketing tasks;
Ensuring work with contracting organizations, coordination and management of contractor tasks, and control of their execution within approved deadlines;
Market and competitive environment analysis to determine company development directions;
Analysis of competitor marketing activities, development of a competitor monitoring system;
Target audience analysis, definition and approval of target audience segmentation methodology, creation of buyer personas and CJM for key TA segments;
Analysis of existing and identification of new sales markets and customer segments, considering their potential;
Based on the above analysis, development and implementation of a comprehensive 1-year marketing strategy (within the company's development strategy);
Creation of a unified approach to promoting and positioning the company, services, and portfolio of own brands;
Creation of a marketing plan and a roadmap for its implementation (for 6-12 months);
Implementation of various marketing activities based on the developed marketing plan, regular monitoring and analysis of their effectiveness with further planning adjustments;
Lead generation – building and managing the process of finding and effectively attracting potential customers who meet profile criteria and buyer persona characteristics using marketing tools;
Creation, approval, and management of the marketing budget for all types of activities (for 6-12 months);
Development and implementation of the company's ideology: mission, values, tone-of-voice, USP, etc.;
Development and implementation of a PR strategy for the company as a whole and for various directions/brands/services;
Management, creation, development, and support of the company's WEB resources;
Management of processes for maintaining product and marketing content;
Media planning / creation and control of content plan execution across all promotion channels;
Development of a system for evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of events and other marketing activities;
Building work algorithms for department employees, writing instructions, and monitoring task execution;
Creation and development of an end-to-end analytics system.
