Marketing Communications Manager (Youth Audience)
We are a team that creates communication for the 14–24 year old audience. We work across all formats and channels: from TV and Digital OLV to outdoor advertising, festivals, naming, and strategies. Our projects annually receive awards like Effie, Silver Mercury, Red Apple, MIXX, G8, and other industry accolades.
We are currently looking for a specialist who shares our passion for trends and knows how to turn ideas into working campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of advertising campaigns, special projects, and collaborations with the team;
- Interact with advertising agencies and internal clients of MTS;
- Control the delivery of advertising materials (deadlines, quality, compliance with the brief);
- Manage project documentation;
- Create presentations and visual materials;
- Take responsibility for your areas of work and propose solutions, not just follow instructions.
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or special projects (client-side or agency-side);
- Understand goals and objectives and know how to combine them with creativity;
- Know and be interested in everything happening in the industry and media field;
- Follow and sense trends in the industry across music, art, fashion, technology, gaming, neural networks, anime, etc. It is very important not only to know these trends but also to be able to apply them in your work and projects;
- Be able not only to communicate but also to think, find and propose your own solutions, and defend your position with arguments.
