Marketing Communications Manager (Youth Audience)
We are a team that creates communication for the 14–24 year old audience. We work across all formats and channels: from TV and Digital OLV to outdoor advertising, festivals, naming, and strategies. Our projects annually win awards such as Effie, Silver Mercury, Red Apple, MIXX, G8, and other industry accolades.
We are currently looking for a specialist who shares our passion for trends and knows how to turn ideas into effective campaigns.
What you will be doing:

- Interacting with advertising agencies and internal MTS clients;
- Controlling the delivery of advertising materials (deadlines, quality, compliance with brief);
- Managing project documentation;
- Creating presentations and visual materials;
- Taking responsibility for your areas of work and proposing solutions, not just following instructions.
What we expect from you:

- Understanding goals and objectives and the ability to combine them with creativity;
- Knowing and being interested in everything happening in the industry and media landscape;
- Following and sensing industry trends in areas such as music, art, fashion, technology, gaming, neural networks, anime, etc. It is very important not only to know but also to be able to apply them in your work and projects;
- The ability not only to communicate but also to think, find and propose your own solutions, and to defend your position with arguments.
What we offer:
- Convenient work format: a five-day work week from Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times that can be agreed upon with your manager;
- Voluntary medical insurance (VMI) from the first month of employment, including dental care. We also cover 50% of the VMI policy cost for relatives;

- Company-paid mobile communication and preferential tariffs for family members;
- Subscription to the KION online cinema, MTS Music service, MTS Stroki book service, unlimited messengers, and social networks;
- Our own corporate university, online library, and paid external training for career development.
