Senior Marketing Manager for Inclusion
Inclusion at Yandex means products and AI features for people with health conditions: visually impaired, hearing impaired, people with mental specificities, and motor impairments. Solutions like live mode in Alice, Yandex Talk, and Clear Language in the Browser are already working – and that's just the beginning.
We are looking for a mature marketer who will help Yandex tell people about these products and ensure they are used by those for whom they were created.
What tasks await you:
Strategy and Marketing Management for the Direction You will participate in shaping the strategy and positioning, independently decide what and when to launch, and negotiate this with a wide range of stakeholders: product teams, service marketing managers, and leadership.
Campaign Launches You will design the architecture of integrated campaigns and bring them to results – from brief and production to final placement. You will also manage contractors and ensure quality at each stage.
Audience Analysis You will need to study the specifics of the audience – the visually impaired, people with hearing impairments, and mental specificities: how they receive information, which channels are effective for them, and which are not. You will understand the value of each product for a specific audience and learn to articulate it. Pay attention to details – they are important here.
Growth Marketing You will look for growth opportunities and form hypotheses: which channels are suitable for this audience, which messages resonate, where we haven't tried yet. You will need to constantly monitor efficiency and quickly scale what works, experiment a lot, and be responsible for KPIs.
