In Yandex we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist for the «Inclusion» direction.

«Inclusion» at Yandex means products and AI features for people with health conditions: visually impaired, hearing impaired, mentally challenged, and those with motor limitations. Solutions like live mode in Alice, Yandex Dialog, Clear Language in Browser are already in operation — and this is far from all.

We are looking for an experienced marketer who will help Yandex talk about these products and ensure they are used by those for whom they were created.

What tasks await you:

• Strategy and marketing management for the direction: you will participate in forming the strategy and positioning, independently determine what and when to launch, and negotiate this with a wide range of stakeholders: product teams, service marketing managers, and leadership.
• Campaign launches: you will design the architecture of integrated campaigns and bring them to fruition — from brief and production to final placement. You will also manage contractors and monitor quality at each stage.
• Audience analysis: you will need to study the characteristics of the audience — visually impaired, hearing impaired, and mentally challenged individuals: how they receive information, which channels are effective for them, and which are not. You will understand the value of each product for a specific audience and learn how to articulate it. Pay attention to details — they are important here.
• Growth marketing: you will look for growth points and form hypotheses: which channels are suitable for this audience, which messages resonate, where we haven't tried yet. You will need to constantly monitor effectiveness and quickly scale what works, experiment a lot, and be responsible for KPIs.

Requirements:

• Launched integrated marketing campaigns: from brief to placement
• Have at least four years of experience in marketing (brand marketing / general marketing)
• Understand how an IT product works
• Know how production and creative processes work
• Are well-versed in performance and business metrics, understand which channels solve which tasks
• Propose new channels, approaches, messages, and creatives, are ready to experiment
• Work hands-on: you have a broad area of responsibility and the opportunity to influence something truly important
• Are interested in AI tools, want to understand them and apply them in your work
• Know how to get to the essence, do not neglect details
• Are proactive, interested in trying new things and testing different approaches, feel responsible for your work
