Requirements:

• Experience managing multiple stores simultaneously for at least 2 years;
• Experience managing a team of 30+ people;
• Knowledge of key retail metrics and the ability to work with them;
• Experience in budget management and financial performance;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Skills in training, mentoring, and employee development;
• Willingness to travel and multitask;

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PP, 1C.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail will be an advantage.
• Experience in implementing changes and project management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Retail Store Management ∙ Achieving sales plans and key commercial indicators for assigned network stores; ∙ Budget planning, KPI setting, and control for stores; ∙ Analysis of sales, average check, UPT, and other performance indicators; ∙ Development and implementation of measures to increase turnover and profitability of stores.

2. Operational Management ∙ Ensuring adherence to brand standards and a high level of service; ∙ Conducting regular store audits and field visits; ∙ Control of cash discipline, inventory, merchandise accounting, and operational processes; ∙ Participation in the automation and standardization of retail processes.

3. Personnel Management ∙ Building an effective team of managers and consultants; ∙ Recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees; ∙ Conducting regular employee performance reviews; ∙ Forming a talent pool and developing internal talent.

4. Customer Experience and Sales Development ∙ Improving the quality of service and customer experience; ∙ Monitoring the implementation of service and sales standards; ∙ Implementation of measures to increase customer retention.

5. Network Development ∙ Participation in opening new stores and launching temporary pop-up projects; ∙ Interaction with contractors, landlords, and related departments; ∙ Scaling successful practices and implementing new projects in retail.

6. Analytics and Reporting ∙ Preparation of management reports for leadership; ∙ Analysis of commercial indicators for assigned stores; ∙ Sales and inventory needs forecasting.
