Role Mission

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and processes, ensuring the achievement of planned targets.
• Efficiently utilize resources, including inventory, property, funds, and payroll.
• Adhere to corporate standards: customer service, merchandising, product handling, cashier operations, reporting, etc.
• Ensure compliance with job duties and promptly identify personnel needs.
• Monitor adherence to labor discipline, labor protection, sanitation, and fire safety requirements.
• Implement the motivation system, track working hours, payroll sheets, and vacation schedules.
• Organize the adaptation, mentorship, and training of new employees.
• Build a strong team, create a comfortable environment, and adhere to company values.
• Ensure a high level of inventory management in the store.
• Monitor the condition of the sales floor according to the checklist.
• Organize marketing events within the store.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and a comfortable environment for clients in the store.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at network clothing stores in the middle and premium segments.
• Experience working with a client base, and skills in providing premium service.
• Focus on commercial results, knowledge of key financial indicators (turnover, average check, CR, UPT).
• Knowledge of key regulatory documents governing retail operations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and knowledge of cashier reporting.
• Developed skills in training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer.
• High level of empathy, communication culture, and service.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
