Role Mission
To ensure the impeccable execution of the brand's visual standards across all regions, transforming every customer touchpoint into a meaningful and profitable experience. Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily tasks for the team of regional visual merchandisers and window dressers.
- Develop and optimize work processes (checklists, audit schedules, reporting, store visit schedules, and business trips).
- Monitor compliance with merchandising standards (windows, product representation, zoning, commercial merchandising).
- Allocate resources within the team considering workload and priorities.
- Conduct regular team briefings and feedback sessions.
- Train new merchandisers and develop the skills of current employees.
- Organize and conduct workshops in retail stores.
- Collect and analyze KPI data (impact of merchandising on sales, conversion).
- Prepare reports for management/retail network with improvement suggestions.
- Work with retail analytics (hot/cold zones, product rotation), prepare weekly product strategies for retail.
