Head of Retail Design Department

Required experience: 3 to 6 years Full-time, 5/2 Office-based

Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd, 30/1, Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station

You will be working in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for developing and promoting the company brand, creating a unique identity that sets the company apart from competitors, and establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage brand trade equipment
2. Create a design strategy and standards for the оформление (decoration/layout) of retail spaces and key trade equipment
3. Implement projects and ensure the quality of design solutions, including the design of retail modules, POS materials, display equipment, as well as control production, installation, and branding zone оформление (decoration/layout)
4. Organize and regulate team operations, build expertise, develop and motivate employees
5. Independently manage and oversee complex projects related to the development and implementation of new trade equipment and branding zones
6. Carry out full financial planning for the department's activities and control the budget, as well as plan finances
7. Actively develop and expand the ecosystem of external partners
8. Collaborate with related departments to ensure seamless integration of new trade equipment into operational processes and the retail network
9. Prepare comprehensive presentations on implemented projects, including calculating return on investment and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented design and technological solutions

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or a related field of 3+ years
2. Team management experience
3. Proficient knowledge of programs such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit. Knowledge of 3DsMax is a plus
4. Skills in working with project documentation and drawings
5. Project management experience (knowledge of Trello, Jira, WeekPlan)
6. English language proficiency at B1 level will be an advantage
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, creativity, and attention to detail
8. Responsibility, results-orientation, strong organizational skills
