STUDIO 29 is a women's clothing brand.
What needs to be done — Develop and implement special projects around the brand: collaborations, partnerships, events, client days, new store openings, and other brand activations — Seek partners and opportunities for cross-promotion and low-budget projects, including by using the brand's existing contact base — Conduct negotiations with brands, venues, media, stylists, and other partners — Formulate project concepts, mechanics, timelines, touchpoints, and assign tasks to teams — Determine how projects should be supported through PR and influencers: which media outlets, Telegram channels, bloggers, and opinion leaders are suitable for a specific task — Formulate a pool of bloggers and platforms for a season, product, event, or news item — Oversee regular influencer support for key products and launches — Work with STUDIO 29's existing warm contact base and constantly find new opportunities for organic reach — Develop projects around stylists and the brand community — Prepare key messages and communication materials for special projects and news items: briefs, messages, press releases — Plan budgets for your projects, collect results and reach, create clear reports — Evaluate ideas and initiatives from a business goals perspective: what will provide a quick effect, what works for the brand long-term, and what is not a priority right now — Manage a junior/assistant in direct subordination
Requirements — Ability to come up with unconventional partnerships, events, and mechanics; feel fashion, visual culture, and brand context — Ability to be the first to write and call, introduce yourself, negotiate, find win-win solutions, and turn contacts into real projects — Ability to manage projects structurally: break down projects into steps, set deadlines and responsible parties, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and bring them to completion
