Head of Trade Marketing Department

We are a cosmetic company with over 25 years of experience in the decorative cosmetics market. The company develops operational marketing as an integrated system of brand communication, sales support, and channel management.
We are currently looking for a Head of Trade Marketing to lead the retail and channel marketing direction and be responsible for developing the company's trade marketing system.
This is a hands-on role with managerial responsibility. We need a specialist who can simultaneously build processes, manage a team, and independently handle key directions and channels.
The Head of Trade Marketing works closely with sales, SMM, content, e-commerce, brand, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing and Team Management
- Development and management of the company's trade marketing function;
- Management of the trade marketing team;
- Building processes for planning, implementation, and evaluation of trade activity effectiveness;
- Forming a system of interaction between marketing, sales, and channels;
- Monitoring deadlines, quality of implementation, and effectiveness of initiatives.
Trade Strategy and Planning
- Development of short-term trade strategy and annual trade planning;
- Formation of a unified trade calendar across brands and sales channels;
- Management of promo planning and activation mechanics;
- Participation in new product launches and commercial activations.
Sales Channel Management and Retail Brand Presentation
- Management of brand presentation across all sales channels: marketplaces, federal and local networks, e-commerce;
- Monitoring the visual presence of brands: brand pages, POSM, merchandising, store fixtures, retail materials;
- Participation in the development and implementation of client and brand activations;
- Adaptation of marketing initiatives for different sales channels.
Commercial Effectiveness and Analytics
- Monitoring the effectiveness of trade activities and promotions;
- Evaluation of ROI and ROMI of activities;
- Analysis of sell-in / sell-out indicators;
- Monitoring stock levels, overstock, and promotion effectiveness;
- Participation in forming recommendations for channel and category development.
Cross-functional Interaction
- Close interaction with the sales department;
- Interaction with SMM, PR, content team, and e-commerce;
- Synchronization of trade activities with brand and product strategy;
- Participation in preparing materials and launches for partners and retailers.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing;
- Team management experience;
- Experience working with federal networks, marketplaces, or FMCG/e-commerce channels;
- Understanding of commercial indicators and retail processes;
- Experience in building trade calendars and promo planning;
- Understanding of sell-in / sell-out analytics;
- Experience managing trade budgets;
- System thinking and a high level of organization;
- Ability to work in a hands-on format.
Will be an advantage
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG;
- Experience launching retail activations and brand zones;
- Understanding of omni-channel marketing;
- Experience interacting with e-commerce and marketplace teams;
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Conditions
- Official employment according to the Labor Code.
- Five-day work week, working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. Hybrid work format is possible;
