What Needs to Be Done?
- Development and control of the promo calendar in accordance with the company's goals and strategy; planning, launching, and evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing activities (federal networks, e-commerce, distributor business, HoReCa).
- Planning and execution of the annual cashback program for customers.
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, and best practices in trade marketing.
- Preparation and approval of tailor-made promotion mechanics in collaboration with sales and marketing departments.
- Development of merchandising standards, POSM materials, and their control.
- Planning and management of the trade marketing budget.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Participation in tenders for the procurement of trade marketing services, including writing technical specifications, cost estimates, etc.
- Interaction with advertising agencies and partners to ensure the high-quality achievement of set goals.
What Is Required for This?
- Higher education (marketing, economics, management).
- At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing, or sales.
- Experience in FMCG companies is an advantage.
- Understanding of the principles of operation of retail chains and distributors.
- Proficient in Excel, BI tools
- Skills in sales analysis and promotion effectiveness evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Negotiation and project management skills.
