The Operational Marketing Department requires a Chief Specialist for the Development of Promotional Categories.
The main role is the full operational closing of tasks for the implementation of federal category promotions in "Magnit u Doma" stores, aimed at developing sales in the assigned category.
What you will be doing:
- Support processes for implementing promo mechanics for category promotions;
- Interact with cross-functional teams;
- Maintain the promo calendar for promo mechanics of categories;
- Fill out briefs for cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM department, RIM support department, etc.), track deadlines;
- Provide assistance in process optimization;
- Prepare presentations and reports.
What is important to us:
- Work experience in marketing (preferably, but not necessarily in food retail);
- Understanding of promo planning, knowledge of various promo mechanics;
- Experience in trade marketing, experience launching promotions and understanding of promotion channels.
