Trade Marketing Manager / Trade Marketer
In connection with the development of the direction, we invite a Trade Marketing Manager to the team, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of trade marketing activities, sales development in federal networks, and increasing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a trade marketing strategy for key sales channels;
- Formulate and approve the promotional calendar for the quarter and year;
- Develop promotional mechanics, control their implementation and effectiveness.
- Plan and control the trade marketing budget;
- Develop display standards and planograms in collaboration with the commercial team;
- Organize the production of POS materials and control their availability in retail outlets;
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities (ROI, sell-in, sell-out, uplift).
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities;
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of trade marketing activities;
- Interact with the sales department, category managers, and key clients when planning promotional activities;
- Participate in the launch of new SKUs and ensure their effective promotional support.
Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing, management, economics, analytics) or additional education in FMCG/retail;
- At least 3 years of work experience in FMCG;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Manager;
- Experience interacting with federal retail chains (X5 Group, Magnit, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, analytics, charts) and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, 1C, and CRM systems is desirable;
- Result-oriented and focused on increasing efficiency, ability to make quick decisions and manage projects independently.
